Every Evelyne Collection edging line is built from UV-stable polypropylene polymer engineered to snap in, stand up to the seasons, and hold its shape for years. We back that with a straightforward warranty — no fine-print games.

Coverage at a glance

2 years Residential use

Standard home garden and landscaping installations are covered against defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

1 year Non-standard use

Commercial, high-traffic, or other non-standard installations are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
  • Cracking, warping, or breakage of the polymer under normal use and weather exposure.
  • Failure of the snap-fit connection points to hold under proper installation.
  • UV-related color fade beyond what is normal for outdoor product over the coverage period.

What's not covered

  • Damage from improper installation, removal, or storage.
  • Damage from impact, mowing, snow equipment, vehicles, or animals.
  • Normal, gradual color change consistent with prolonged outdoor exposure.
  • Product modified, painted, or altered after purchase.
  • Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose as decorative garden edging.

How to make a claim

  • Reach out through our Contact page within the coverage period.
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Send a few clear photos of the issue and the installation.

Once we confirm the claim, we'll replace the affected panels or issue a refund for them — your choice. You won't pay for replacement product or standard shipping on an approved claim.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state. Coverage begins on the date of purchase.
