The Window

30 days from delivery

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Pieces must be unused and in their original condition and packaging — the same box the kit came in works best.

The Refund

Full refund, original payment

Once the return arrives and is inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days of our receiving the package, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

On you, unless the fault is ours

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The exception: if a piece arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return and send a replacement or refund — your choice. Defects after the return window are handled under the warranty.

Email support@evelynecollection.com with your order number and which pieces are coming back. We reply within two business days with the return address and instructions.
