The Window

30 days from delivery

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Pieces must be unused and in their original condition and packaging — the same box the kit came in works best.

The Refund

Full refund, original payment

Once the return arrives and is inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days of our receiving the package, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Our way of sharing the postage

If a piece simply isn’t the right fit, a $6.95 return-shipping feeis deducted from your refund once the return is received — the same flat rate as the postage that brought it to you. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, or fails in use (a cracked panel, a fountain pump that won’t run), the return is on us: a prepaid label, and a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer, at the full amount. Defects after the return window are handled under the warranty.
