The Term

Two years residential, one year non-residential

From the day your order arrives, every piece is warranted for 2 years in residential use. In non-residential settings — a storefront, a restaurant patio, a managed property — the term is 1 year. The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What’s Covered

Fading, cracking, and snap-joint failure

If a panel fades beyond its cast colour, cracks, or a snap joint fails under normal use, we replace it. Normal use means what the piece was made for: set in soil or on a surface, through sun, rain, and frost. No receipts of maintenance required, because none is needed.

What Isn’t

Vehicles and abuse

The warranty does not cover damage from vehicles — a mower wheel, a car tire, a snowplow — or from abuse, alteration, and uses the piece was never drawn for. Ornamental borders mark a line; they do not stop machines.

Making a Claim

One email, two things attached

Email support@evelynecollection.com with photos of the piece and your order number. That’s the whole process. We reply within two business days, and if the claim is covered, a replacement ships at no cost.
