90 days from the day your order arrives

Every piece is warranted for 90 days from the day your order arrives. The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What’s Covered

What the 90 days cover

The same 90-day warranty runs across every collection. For garden edging, we cover snap-joint failure. For fountains, clocks, and lighted décor, we cover the pump, the LED, and the wiring. For everything else — home, kitchen, and seasonal pieces — we cover the piece itself when a seam, a joint, or a fitting fails the way it was made.

Normal use means what the piece was made for: set in soil or on a surface, indoors or outdoors, through sun, rain, and frost where the piece lives outside. Fading and cracking from weather and age are natural and are not covered, and damage caused by people — accidental or otherwise — is not covered either. No receipts of maintenance required, because none is needed.

What Isn’t

Vehicles and abuse

The warranty does not cover damage from vehicles — a mower wheel, a car tire, a snowplow — or from abuse, alteration, and uses the piece was never drawn for, including damage caused by hired gardeners or lawn crews. The same applies across every collection: dropped fountains, overloaded trays, outdoor lights left in standing water, and seasonal décor crushed in storage are all beyond the line. Our pieces are made for careful everyday use — they are not made to stop machines or survive neglect.

Making a Claim

One email, two things attached

Email support@evelynecollection.com with photos of the piece and your order number. That’s the whole process. We reply within two business days, and if the claim is covered, a replacement ships at no cost.
